David Paddock was named President of Jet Aviation in July 2019, drawing on over 25 years’ aviation experience. He is responsible for operations across some 50 global locations and five lines of business, including business aircraft maintenance, completions, FBO, aircraft services and defence.
Paddock was appointed SVP U.S. regional operations in January 2015, where he was responsible for Jet Aviation’s U.S. portfolio, including maintenance, FBO and aircraft services. Paddock was previously SVP business development and strategic planning where he oversaw strategy, M&A, facility expansions, and significant improvements in operational efficiency, since joining the company in January 2007.
Prior to joining Jet Aviation, Paddock served as VP and Managing Officer for SH&E, specializing in business aviation strategy and market analysis, business planning, commercial aircraft fleet analysis, maintenance, asset management, and appraisals. During his 11-year tenure, he supported numerous aerospace industry transactions and acted as an expert witness in various legal proceedings. He joined SH&E in May 1996.
Paddock holds a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science from Stockton University and is active with many industry organizations including GAMA, NBAA and MEBAA. He holds a US Private Pilot certificate is an ISTAT-certified aircraft appraiser. He was recently accepted as a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
He and his family reside in Basel, Switzerland.
David Best was appointed SVP regional operations and general manager for the Americas, where he is responsible for driving the successful growth of the U.S. region by focusing on customer engagement and advancing our U.S. operations.
Since joining Jet Aviation in January 2017, Best has also managed a number of successful business development projects, most notably the acquisition and integration of Hawker Pacific and the Scottsdale Jet Center in the U.S. He assumed the role of SVP strategic global growth in December 2018 and made significant progress in aligning the sales organization and improving customer data management.
With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Best served Signature Aviation as president Asia, chief commercial officer USA, and managing director EMEA prior to joining Jet Aviation. He is a graduate of the university of Strathclyde, where he earned his MBA, and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
Appointed group CFO in March 2014, Wim Buesink joined Jet Aviation as vice president of group finance in 2007 and served as head of finance for EMEA & Asia from February 2013.
As CFO, Buesink has overseen several acquisitions and development projects for the company, including that of Hawker Pacific, its largest acquisition to date.
Buesink began his career as an audit manager with Price Waterhouse Coopers in the Netherlands. He moved to Switzerland in 2003 and held senior group finance positions with Gate Gourmet Switzerland and Ascom (Schweiz) prior to joining Jet Aviation. Buesink is a graduate of the Erasmus University Rotterdam where he studied Business Administration; he is also a designated Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Jeremie Caillet was appointed SVP regional operations EMEA in November 2021, also joining the company’s leadership team. He holds responsibility for the region’s Completions, MRO, FBO, Aircraft Management and Charter businesses, and the Middle East Joint Ventures.
Caillet has over 15 years’ experience in the aerospace industry. He joined Jet Aviation in 2008 and has held a number of roles within engineering, key account management, project management, operations and most recently, as vice president VIP completions.
Caillet’s career began at Dassault Falcon Jet in the US. He holds a Master Engineering Degree from Estaca, France, and a Master of Science in Aircraft Design from Linköping University, Sweden.
Elouisa Dalli was appointed SVP global marketing & communications in August 2020, following her appointment to VP global marketing & communications in September 2019, when she also joined the Jet Aviation leadership team. She is responsible for the company’s brand, digital, marketing and communications activities and is a key driver of Jet Aviation’s sustainability agenda.
Dalli joined the company as senior director global communications in October 2017, bringing more than fifteen years' experience in corporate affairs, journalism, and corporate social responsibility.
Dalli began her career as a global commodities journalist, reporting from various locations across APAC, EMEA, and the U.S. Prior to joining Jet Aviation, she spent ten years with Syngenta, serving as head of communications Asia-Pacific out of Singapore from 2012, and as global company spokesperson from Syngenta’s Basel headquarters before that. Dalli is native English and Maltese, with working knowledge of German, Arabic, and some Italian and French. She holds a degre in Economics from University College London.
Evie Freeman joined Jet Aviation as VP global customer standards and service in January 2020, where she is responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive global strategy to drive exceptional customer service.
Freeman joined Jet Aviation from BBA Aviation – Signature Flight Support, where she spent eleven years, most recently serving as managing director EMEA.
She is the former owner of the London Gatwick FBO sold to Signature in 2000 and founder of the Elite Class VIP Commercial Service currently offered in Luton, U.K., and across the U.S. She has experience leading geographically dispersed teams of 500+ employees. She also led final design, build, and integration of a multi-million capital investment at Luton Airport, creating a state-of-the-art private jet terminal at London’s leading B&GA airport. Freeman trained in ballet and performing arts at Tring Park and the University of Roehampton, has a Diploma in Leadership Skills from Ashridge Business School and completed the BBA Leadership Development Program for Senior leaders at Duke University in Durham NC.
Jane McVeigh joined Jet Aviation as SVP global human resources in May 2019 with a focus on employee welfare and engagement, leadership development strategies, and diversity and inclusion.
Prior to joining Jet Aviation, she was VP HR for the international business division within General Dynamics Mission Systems (based in Canada), where she lay the foundations for employee growth and development and conceptualized and delivered a strong leadership development strategy.
She joined General Dynamics Canada in 1999 and is credited for successfully positioning the company as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for five consecutive years. McVeigh holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University. She is a certified Integral Coach, and has been recognized as Business Woman of the Year and Woman of Distinction in her home city of Ottawa, Canada.
Christie Nader joined Jet Aviation as Chief Information Officer in July 2021, with a strong focus on technology advancements, supporting business operations, customer experience, brand, and governance.
With over 25 years of IT, and 19 years of senior leadership experience, in healthcare, financial services, technology contracting, and higher education industries, Christie’s ability to map business goals to an IT strategy, coupled with team building and organizational change management skills, has led to a number of successful technology transformations. Christie has directed large scale projects, including cloud migrations to enable agility, data warehouses and dashboards to enhance decision making, and enterprise business applications to increase business maturity.
Prior to joining Jet Aviation, Christie served as Chief Information Officer at Perspecta. She also held senior IT positions at Centurion Managed Care and Edelman Financial Services.
Christie holds an MS, Management of IT from McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia, and a BA, Sociology from George Mason University.
Joe Reckling was appointed Jet Aviation’s SVP regional operations for Asia-Pacific (APAC) in September 2018 when the company formed the new region.
With the appointment, Reckling joined Jet Aviation’s leadership team. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s business activities throughout the region, which was formed to help capture the value of the Hawker Pacific acquisition and to pursue interests in support of the company’s global vision.
Reckling joined Hawker Pacific as CFO in 2008, having held senior financial, commercial, and managerial roles with various public companies in the U.K. and Australia. A Chartered Accountant, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Town and is a graduate of the Executive Program for Growing Business at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Suzanne Reifman was appointed Senior Vice President & Group General Counsel in January 2024. She joined Jet Aviation from General Dynamics’ corporate headquarters, where she was Assistant General Counsel & Director. In that role, she provided strategic legal direction and promoted business objectives for the corporate headquarters and General Dynamics business units.
Reifman joined General Dynamics in 2018 and successfully managed a broad legal portfolio including corporate policies/governance, international trade compliance, environmental, political law, data privacy and contract negotiation/administration.
Prior to joining General Dynamics, Reifman worked for Northrop Grumman where she held roles as Corporate Counsel and Director, Global Trade Management. She was also a partner at the law firm of Vinson & Elkins LLP and a former U.S. government contracting officer.
Reifman graduated with honors from George Washington University Law School and holds a B.A. in International Relations and History from Tufts University.
